After a virtual celebration last year, we, the team of the German Embassy in Wellington, had hoped for a real life event this year to mark 31 years of German unification, 3rd of October 2021. Regrettably the current Covid alert levels have once again thwarted our plans. To make the best of it, we propose to have our 2nd virtual celebration, and invite you to join the digital festivities with a variety of items, to commemorate, be inspired and celebrate the Day of German unity.
